By accessing and using the Gutter Guard King website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Gutter Guard King provides gutter guard installation, roof restoration, gutter and fascia services, and related services in Sydney and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a separate written agreement and fixed-price contract provided at the time of quotation.

2. Quotes and pricing

All quotes provided are fixed-price contracts with no hidden charges. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on the specific requirements of your property and the scope of work required.

3. Warranty

Gutter Guard King provides a 15-year product warranty on UltraGuard gutter protection systems and a 5-year labour warranty on all installations. Warranties are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of installation.

*15 years product warranty and 5 years labour warranty.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gutter Guard King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
